BAM! BAM!, THANK YOU SAM.

At last, my net started working. :-) Well, had a querry bothering my great head all this time. Would it be a dummy senate house or a dummy Prez in the states? how can a Government function owing to the lack of coordination between President and senate? What if Kerry(or hillary, God damn! who’s the candidate?) lose the elections? will republican Prez cooperate with democrate senate and vice-versa? who’ll have to make a compromise? Uncle Sam, are u republican or democrat? lets say, if above mentioned happens, uncle Sam would be a mixture of the 2! But the funniest part is to imagine if this happened in India! The government is already so corrupt and criticised by people. i wonder how this works in US. ALL OF YOU WHO SEE THIS POST, JUST OBEY UNCLE SAM ON WHAT HE TELLS YOU IN PIC. UNCEL SAM

BAM! BAM! THANK YOU SAM BUT THE QUESTION STILL STANDS.

:-(

I am unable to post anything on my blog these days, thanks to the MTNL broadband at my home. these ppl fingered with lines a week back and that has caused some problems in connections in this whole area. :-(

I am posting this from  my school lab. I have no idea how many days would it take these ppl to repair the lines. even they aren’t giving a clear answer. that is always the problem with govt. employees. will post many new things as soon as my net is restored……….

THIS IS HOW BUSINESS IS DONE!

I got this as a mail from my friend Rohit Sen and found it worthy of posting on Compendium. thanx to Rohit.Father : I want you to marry a girl of my choice
Son : “I will choose my own bride!”

Father: “But the girl is Bill Gates’s daughter.”
Son : “Well, in that case…ok”

Next Father approaches Bill Gates.

Father: “I have a husband for your daughter.”
Bill Gates: “But my daughter is too young to marry!”

Father: “But this young man is a vice-president of the World Bank.”
Bill Gates: “Ah, in that case…ok”

Finally Father goes to see the president of the World Bank.

Father: “I have a young man to be recommended as a vice-president.”
President: “But I already have more vice- presidents than I need!”

Father: “But this young man is Bill Gates’s son-in-law.”
President: “Ah, in that case…ok”

This is how business is done!!

SHUTTLE FOR HUBBLE

Even scientists feared that the famous HUBBLE SPACE TELESCOPE would expire by 2008. Well, NASA administrator Michael Griffin doesn’t think so. It might be the final attempt to fix the telescope and extend its life to at least 2013. Its a very risky mission and would cost $900 million!!!!

Too bad there’s no Kalpana Chawla to make us proud again. anyways, this telescope is of utmost importance as its used by 1000s of scientists.

The thing I am looking forward to is that which space shuttle would be sent this time? Is it gonna be Discovery again? this mission iss being called risky as the shuttle wont be able to take shelter inside international space station if anything goes wrong. Can NASA carry it out? We have to wait for these answers.

And I’ll blog as soon as get info on any of these. till then, adios.

WHAZZUP ARSENAL????

Arsenal’s form in the English Premier league has been worrying every fan lately but the thing to wonder is- what ever happens to Arsenal in champions league? Last year they faired out badly in EPL, losing from mediocre clubs! On the contrary, they were finalists in the champions league. The Gunners defeated top European clubs like Juventus, Real Madrid and many more. This year, the same old story is being repeated. Arsenal have bright chances of cruising into the top 16 but there performance in EPL is again a dampener. They drew to Aton Villa in a recent league clash.
Just want to ask-WHAZZUP ARSENAL?

The gunners
