A good news and a bad one…….

First take on the bad one- India kicked out of the world cup. But it ain’t as bad as people here are posing. At the end of the day, its just a game. (its a game when we lose but its passion, its our life, our religion when we win). So right now, its just a game. I heard in the news that people broke Dhoni’s house. lol. Last time, they had painted Mohommad Kaif’s house completely black. lol again. This doesn’t seem morally right but sure is fun. None gets hurt but still the agitation is felt. Now, Pakistan and India are in league. ha ha ha. both are out. One more interesting news, people have setup a tent outside Mumbai International airport. They are waiting for the cricketers to get the heck  out of ‘em. Lets see their fate.

Here’s the good news now- My Board exams are over. PARTY TIME!!!!! Well, my definition of party is different from usual one. Me and my friends don’t need mocktails, cuisines, discos. All we need is a football or a bat n ball. We play cricket or soccer whole day and eat in the market when hungry. We always get some team to play against us. And we’ve never lost in soccer but always lose in cricket. Doesn’t it reflect our national cricket team?

The cricket team might have lost but the promoters never fail! At once, there were songs, shirts, serials, movies and everything. People made fortunes in an instant. On a lighter note, the children of cricketers would be very happy as their daddys are coming home. :)

  1. yeah its party time. For us and for Bangladesh too. They are almost through to Super 8s. But we should not leave the hope , Bermuda can beat Bangla tigers too . Then we are through !! But the probabilty of Bermuda’s win – 1/10 or even ZERO ! Hey DHoni , just watch out for your actually home where you live !

After all , its HENCE PROVED for TEAM INDIA ( BLUE BILLION – What a name ! ) that they are nothing. BCCI selectors should realise that we need cricketers not models ! Look at Dhoni , his scores – 0 , 29 , 0 in three WC matches . But who cares ? He has looks . He is a good model ! Hey who said he is a cricketer ? kill those who said that !

I just hope South Africa wins this cup ‘n show Indian team what the hell the cricket is like ! They should now learn how to play !

  2. Thats what is in India. We are craving for heroes and role models. Whenever a cricketer performs good in 1 match, ppl get crazy. sponsors run after them and make a hero out of a fool. Its not just with cricket. Take any field. Whenever an indian shines, we get desperate. We are craving for oscars, world cups, booker prizes and what not? There’s this astranaut Sunita Williams going to space. She has nothing to do with India, is just of Indian descent but has never been here as a native too. But the nation wants to associate with her as she is getting famous. This is not the only case. Indra nooyi is another.
Its time we stop craving for things and achieve something rather than making money from sponsors.

  3. Yeah, thats wonderful! India is atlast out of the world cup. And we do reasonably better in hockey than we do in cricket, but still we dont have Dhanraj Pillay (chuck the spelling!) modelling for a Brylcreme Ad.
And since the bored exams are (almost) done, its a complete party time today, I would be going out with a few friends and family and so would abt 3lakh students who breathed their sigh of relief after nearly a month..!!
And now its high time India learns to do something.. somewhere.. someway!

  4. :) well i have been going through differnet blogs and the prejudcie is there about indian cricket team :)

anyway..its just a game..and the problem is that the peopel are emotionally attached with Cricket…

we should support the teams who have been working so hard…though they are not good in international ranking…or they are new….our teams..old …still they did nothing to cheer anyone…

    :) have a good time.

  5. Enjoy this time because only free time in life is after 10th board examinations.
How did you fair in the exams? I hope that you did well.

  6. Well, this is not exactly a free time. I mean, I got some IIT coaching entrance exams coming up in 2 weeks. I’ll have to start preparing for them from next week. Life has no free times, i guess. Exams went well, rest, only result can tell.

  7. Best of luck. i hope dat u do well in the exam (lol) and plz do study hard and dont come online 4 atleast those few weeks as they will decide ur life. try really hard by putting ur 120 % u will top (lol) do take my advice seriously (lol)

  8. I heard in the news that people broke Dhoni’s house.
Last time, they had painted Mohommad Kaif’s house completely black.

Lolz … Really surprised to know that so much is done with players in India ….. :)

  9. Indians are too fanactic about cricket. The players were given Rs. 5 lakh per run the scored. When rewards are so tremendous, the punishments ought to be on par.
