72 virgins! what do you say?

I came to know about this, that terrorist leaders tell millitants that if they die while conducting terror attacks or suicide missions, god promises them 72 virgins in heaven. Now, practically speaking, a rational person can’t believe this. the reason being self explanatory. This post is not to question whether there are 72 virgins or not. the point i wanna highlight here is the convincing power, intelligence or whatever you may call it, of the terrorist leaders. How the heck are they able to convince humans that such a thing will happen? they convince them to such an extent that millitants lay their lives!!!

If someone is so talented, just an advice i wanna give you. Listen buddy, You can do wonders with the talent you have. Why waste it to kill people? Convince our government to be honest, tell police to catch ONLY criminals and most importantly-tell our teachers not to give us homework. ARE YOU LISTENING?

  1. That’s ridiculous. You might be interested to know why people believe (or get brainwashed) easily of such things. I saw a program recently on PBS, they showed a research that most normal humans under command will do just they are asked to do. Only 30% of the people think on their own. The experiment was electocuting an imaginary person. Most of them went on to dangerous levels while only a few stopped at less than 150Volts.

  2. hey, thanks for this info. Well then, I guess we can trust AI is more than humans ;-)
And I thought that people lose their senses only under the influence of liqour. What to say of this “in sense” dumb behaviour!!!!!

  3. Actually that “myth” might come from near-death experiences, and the spiritual realms that prophets often are in touch with.

Take a look at my blog on this subject.

I think if terrorists knew what was REALLY in store for scaring and killing people, if they knew how JUSTICE is served in the spiritual realms, you wouldn’t see this distortion of faith.

    Example:

“The first thing I saw was my angry childhood. I saw myself torturing other children, stealing their bicycles or making them miserable at school. One of the most vivid scenes was of the time I picked on a child at grade school because he had a goiter that protruded from his neck. The other kids in the class picked on him too, but I was the worst. At the time I thought I was funny. But now, as I relived this incident, I found myself in his body, living with the pain that I was causing. This perspective continued through every negative incident in my childhood, a substantial number to be sure. From fifth to twelfth grade, I estimate I had at least six thousand fistfights. Now, as I reviewed my life in the bosom of the Being, I relived each of those altercations, but with one major difference: I was the receiver.”
